((Changing rooms))
Men's and women's changing rooms are available on the 2nd floor.

((Cloakroom))
Cloakroom is located on each reception hall floor for to keep your coat, luggage, etc.
*Keep your valuables in a security box located on the 26th floor at the front desk.

((Wheelchair rental))
Wheelchairs are available for free of charge. Please inquire in advance as the number of wheelchairs is limited. When inquiring, please inform our wedding staff of the date and time of the wedding, the names of both families, and the number of wheelchairs.

((Smoking rooms))
Smoking rooms are located on the 2nd, 25th, and 26th floors. Smoking is prohibited in other areas.

((Parking))
Please use the parking lot on the first basement floor of the Sendai Trust Tower, which is not the hotel's. Please use the direct elevator from the parking lot to the hotel.
*Parking is free for up to 8 hours for all attendees; for use beyond 8 hours, a fee of 100 yen per 15 minutes will be charged.
